My husband and I began this endeavor in mid 2008...I am in love with permaculture/ sustainable systems/ farming/ creating/ self sufficiency... and so I approached Justin about planting a garden in the back of the Hangar Cafe. So far it's slow moving but I've proven to myself in late fall that plants will grow in soil. I even doubted that. When the first radishes appeared I cried... I can do it!!!!!! So, the project is in full swing... I have lots of pictures and past planting and problems to share... The spring will bring a culinary surprise to the restaurant...
